About Me
Based in Toronto, Canada
I’m a versatile designer with a strong focus on Web, UX/UI, and Graphic design. I grew up in the vibrant city of Hong Kong and went to Pratt Institute School of Architecture in New York for my undergraduate studies. After immersing myself in architecture for three years, my true passion for design guided me to the University of Waterloo in Canada, where I earned my Bachelor of Global Business and Digital Arts degree in 2022.
My design odyssey commenced at the age of 7 when I started customizing Neopets profiles and sketching wireframes for imaginary websites. As I grew older, my playground shifted from Neopets to Myspace, then to Tumblr, where I began crafting my own themes. By the age of 14, I launched “modernise,” a Tumblr site for free themes, amassing over 150,000 followers and attracting renowned brands like Crooks & Castles, Rick Ross, and Azealia Banks.
In my recent roles, I’ve honed my skills in UX/UI Design, specializing in designing and prototyping using Figma and even developing responsive WordPress websites for clients spanning various industries.
In the realm of Digital Marketing, I’ve led the comprehensive execution of digital marketing campaigns from inception to analysis, ensuring each strategy aligns seamlessly with our B2B clients’ objectives.
As a wearer of many hats, my role in Delivery Management has honed my ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively has allowed me to delegate tasks to our team members, thus optimizing productivity and elevating overall project efficiency.
My satisfaction comes from not only creating compelling designs but also empowering clients to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, you’ll find me watching “The Real Housewives,” going to hip-hop music events, building my dream homes in video games, all while cuddling a cat or two.
