Peer Branding Project

WINTER 2018

Branding of my classmate Serena Patel, includes a poster, logo, and a motion graphic.

Poster

Taking inspiration from Tim Burton (a favourite of the client’s) and using her love for music, I created this poster of my client using Adobe Photoshop.

Moodboard

Drawing inspiration from the darker music genres and movie atmospheres that my client likes, the moodboard conveys ideas of isolation, anxiety, and the fears that exist in the client’s daily life, as well as her struggles to overcome them.

This moodboard translated into the final poster, logo, and motion graphic.

Logo

Influenced by the vaporwave aesthetic of my client’s favourite music artists, I created this animated logo in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe AfterEffects.

Motion Graphic

I created a short motion graphic based on the client and her love for music, and how it creates an escape for her. Made with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe AfterEffects, and Adobe Character Animator.
