Waivers.org previously existed as a service under a broader pardons-focused organization, making it difficult for users to recognize U.S. entry waivers as a distinct service with its own requirements and process. Information was fragmented, and critical details were spread across long-form content.

Create a dedicated website and visual identity that clearly explains eligibility, process, timelines, and costs for U.S. entry waivers, while establishing trust and guiding users through a complex, emotionally charged legal journey.

The experience was designed to prioritize trust, clarity, and ease of navigation within a legally sensitive context. Visual patterns inspired by Canadian government websites were used to create familiarity, legitimacy, and reassurance for users navigating a high-stakes process.
Content was structured using clear hierarchy and plain language to reduce cognitive load and make complex legal information easier to understand. Key details such as eligibility, application steps, timelines, and costs were separated into dedicated sections, allowing users to self-educate at their own pace while clear navigation and calls-to-action guided them toward next steps.
